"Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council have used Rosselli Services for a number of commissions since 2006:
- to review direct services (in Waste, Cleansing, Highways, Grounds Maintenance, Street Lighting) and
- to undertake benchmarking of Sandwell's cost and performance against other local authorities
David Rosselli also advised the Council on cleansing aspects of a new Waste and Cleansing service contract, which started in Nov 2010.
We have always been satisfied with the results of these commissions, and we have implemented many changes in service delivery on the back of recommendations from Rosselli Services. There are two main reasons why we continue to return to Rosselli Services.
The first is their breadth of knowledge and experience in delivering frontline public services.
The second is the sheer quality of the data analysis we receive.
In my experience, I have never worked with anyone better at capturing and analysing relevant data and using this analysis to form an evidence base for tangible, deliverable recommendations for service improvement."
