From 2008 to 2010 David Rosselli:

• worked in a large team of advisors giving procurement advice and support for the outsourcing of all Waste Management and Street Cleansing services
• researched and wrote an outcomes-based Street Cleansing Specification
• supported the Bidders' Day event and the Borough Tour event
• liaised with bidders on Street Cleansing aspects of their bids
• maintained the Street Cleansing sections of the E-Box documents warehouse
  
• met many times with the whole advisory team and with the bidders
  
• jointly evaluated & scored bids at ISOS, ISDS and Competitive Dialogue stages
