David has undertaken project management and worked on quality assurance, the production of contract specifications and data collection/analysis and benchmarking.

Most recently David has worked on the new Sandwell Scorecard - which combines the Council Plan and performance management. David's role on the Scorecard has been a combination of project management support, quality assurance and critical friend.
