STREET LIGHTING: HIRING IN SPECIALISTS

Sandwell MBC wanted to improve its street lighting stock, cut its carbon footprint, and reduce its costs. Rosselli Services supported the Council by:

• preparing a Specification Of Requirements
  
• supporting the procurement of experts (technical and financial)
  
• co-ordinating the project in which the two consultancy firms worked closely with the Council and analysed the options for street lighting, traffic signals, illuminated & non-illuminated signs & bollards
• edited the consultants' detailed findings into a key decisions report at Cabinet
